Custom Prosthetic Devices

Each prosthesis is clinically prescribed and individually designed for the patient. The quoted price represents the complete prosthetic solution, including clinical evaluation, measurements, casting or digital scanning, socket design, component selection, fabrication, fitting, alignment, gait training, and follow-up care.

If a patient chooses to cancel treatment anytime after measurements, casting, or digital scanning have been completed but before the prosthesis is delivered, Revamp Healthcare will refund the balance amount after deducting the actual costs incurred up to the date of cancellation. These deductions may include consultation and clinical assessment charges, casting or scanning consumables, materials used, labour and technical fabrication costs, and any components or items specially procured for the patient that cannot reasonably be returned or reused.

A detailed statement of such deductions may be provided upon request. Once fabrication has substantially progressed or the prosthesis has been completed or delivered, no refund shall be payable except where required under applicable law.
